Once you book an appointment for a fixed price package or even place a service request for a specific repair or work for your car, you will receive a call from Cartisan / service provider or service provider will confirm to you directly when your appointment has been confirmed. 


You will receive confirmation via SMS as well as a message inside the Cartisan app. 


In the event there are clarifications required on scope of work, to provide estimates to you or if service provider does not have sufficient capacity to handle your request, you would be contacted via phone, email or chat message
