We work hard so that you won't be unhappy, but if for any reason you are unhappy with the service or work done by cleaning crew, please contact the helpline phone number listed in Cartisan app (helpline phone will be displayed inside the appointment screen of the app)
Based on your conversation with the Cartisan helpline, we will have adequate actions taken including but not limited to - repeat cleaning work on your car at the same moment by the cleaning crew to ensure your expectations are met, alternative cleaning crew arranged at another time slot as per your convenience, refund of amount if already paid by you.
